Who are covered in our Data Protection Policy?

Applicants, employees, stakeholders must follow this policy. Partners, clients and others external entity are also covered. Our policy refers to anyone we collaborate with or acts in our behalf and may need occasional access to data.

Description

As of to date, we don’t store our data in “CLOUD” it means nobody can access our data easily, the data or information that you  submitted to us either by electronic or hard copy  like your name, contact information, educational attainment, skills  and other information that may be use for matching your qualifications for any Job opportunities abroad.

Purpose, Scope and Method of sharing of your data

Orange International Recruitment Services, Inc. will use and share your important data to our clients that could land you a Job that and to benefit you and your family in the future, after all this is one of the main goals of our company.

       Our data will be:

1.       Collected fairly and for lawful purposes only

2.       Accurate and kept up to date

3.       Processed by the company within its legal and moral boundaries

4.       Protected against any unauthorized or illegal access by internal or external parties

        Our data will not be:

1.       Shared to outsiders that is not connected with our company

2.       Stored for more than a specified amount of time – Data Retention

a.       Applicants, deployed workers (5 years)

b.       Applicants, undeployed (6 months)

c.       Clients (Employer – As per our agreement/DMW accreditation), and unless deleted or upon your instruction to delete, Orange International Recruitment Services, Inc. may continue to store your information for a similar period.

d.       Other parties – As per our agreement.

3.       Transferred to Organizations, States or countries that do not have adequate data  

Protection policy.

4.       Distributed to any party other than the ones agreed upon by the data’s owner.

SECURITY

The security of your Personal Information and other data are important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

OTHER RIGHTS

You have all the rights to access the data you submitted to us, any data you want to correct or delete you can always send a request to our DATA PRIVACY OFFICER (DPO).

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 12, 2024 (last update) and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
