ACCREDITATION

  • Assistance to secure accreditation between Client/Principal and licensed manpower agency with the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
  • Assistance to comply with verification and authentication of client’s documents and contracts with the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in the worksite where the worker will be employed.

ACCREDITATION PROCESS

It is a strict requirement for foreign companies who wish to recruit Filipino workers to deal only with licensed recruitment agencies in the Philippines. The following documents are required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administratin (POEA) to be verified and authenticated by the nearest Phillippine Embassy or Labor Attache in client country:

Document informing the POEA of Client’s Manpower requirements which will be recruited by Orange International indicating the number of staff per position, specific positions needed, basic salaries per month, and basic employment package/benefits

Appointing Orange International to recruit, process and deploy Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) on clients’ behalf

Indicating salary, other employment benefits and work conditions. Contingency Plan (in case of war), signed by the client’s representative, should be attached

Copy of client’s business/commercial registration or license with English translation if applicable

or any equivalent document stating entry visa to be used by the candidates

RECRUITMENT

To ensure that the client’s specific needs are well understood by our team, they are enjoined to provide Orange International with a copy of their manpower request/expectations containing clear job descriptions, details of hiring qualifications and salary information

Orange International sources candidates using a variety of tools at its disposal i.e. our database of candidates, referrals, tele-sourcing, job portals, headhunting, or advertisements at broadsheets or tabloids.
